If purchasing is optional for your picture day, registration is still required. Please register online before picture day so we can keep track of everyone and ensure we have permission to photograph your child.
During registration, you’ll review and sign our terms and conditions, which gives us the authorization to take your child’s pictures. Thank you for helping picture day run smoothly and we can’t wait to see you soon!
We can only guarantee taking the photos you’ve pre-ordered. We completely understand that you only want to purchase images you love! If you pre-order and later change your mind, just let us know before downloading your files, and we’ll be happy to provide a full refund.
Our stylists work with each kid to create poses that match their ability and photograph beautifully. Competitive kids who are comfortable coming up with their own poses are encouraged to do so. Let the photographer know you have your poses ready, and don’t forget to stretch!
We’d love to have you join us, but the picture room can get busy! Extra people, especially little siblings, can be distracting and create safety hazards around the equipment.
Please make sure your child is picture-ready before sending them into the photo room.
If your child needs you to stay with them, just let us know when you check in on picture day and we’re happy to accommodate you.
We apologize for the mishap! If anything is missing or incorrect, please send us a detailed message of how we can help you. We’ll take care of you right away.
Your private gallery will be available within 4 weeks of picture day. You’ll receive an email as soon as your images are ready. At that time, you can log in to your account to download your photos and order prints.
Any products ordered through our online print shop will ship directly to you within 5–10 business days.
